We work very closely with local suppliers and use as much Lincolnshire produce as possible.
All our meat is farm assured and locally sourced.
Our ham, pork, meatballs and sausage are from locally outdoor reared pigs. Our vegetables are sourced from local farmers and producers and our potatoes are locally grown in Lincolnshire. We also use a range of Organic and Fair trade ingredients within our seasonal menus.
Our Lincolnshire based bakers are always working hard to produce freshly baked bread, cakes and desserts. We only use fish from sustainable sources (Marine stewardship council). All our eggs are free range. We ensure the meals leaving our kitchen are of the highest standard.
